MEGA BLOCK JOINT MORTAR BJM

Mega Block Joint Mortar (BJM) is a superior polymer-fortified thin-bed jointing adhesive specially engineered for laying Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks, fly ash bricks, and concrete masonry units.

Technical Specifications:

• Packaging: 20 Kg and 40 Kg Moisture-Resistant PP Bags
• Bed Thickness: 3mm to 4mm thin bed (eliminates bulky 12-15mm cement mortar)
• Tensile Adhesion: Exceeds 0.80 N/mm² at 28 days (IS:15477 / ASTM C1660 compliant)
• Curing: Self-curing polymer formulation — NO water curing required
• Pot Life: Approx. 90 – 120 minutes after water mixing
